Solution Center Specialist (4+ month temp)

InterVision Company is seeking a Solution Center Specialist. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between all organizations involved in the agreement process (finance, legal, engineering, project management and sales operations) on behalf of the sales team. You will create quotes for Managed Services and Professional Services opportunities. In addition, you will track, review and create legal documents to support these opportunities. This Solution Center Specialist team is responsible for consistently delivering differentiated and personalized experiences by leveraging InterVision resources and maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Previous experience with the sale of wireless, data, and/or telephony solutions, hosted solutions and emerging data services strongly preferred.
  • Must have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Must have a logical business acumen to effectively support multiple accounts and retain client business. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) preferred.
  • 1-3 years successful sales experience in an Inside, Outside, or Sales Support position; demonstrated knowledge of sales processes and procedures.
  • Proficient in the use of SalesForce and CPQ preferred.
  • Exceptional phone presentation skills and proven ability to generate results.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, via formal presentations, electronically, or through other means to individuals or groups.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a commitment to excellence
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines, manage priorities and workflow.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to grow and build relationships.

Some of the exciting work you will encounter:

  • Participate in creating new and renewing customer agreements at the appropriate time in the customer lifecycle. Ensure products and services provided to customers meet or exceed required InterVision profitability metrics.
  • Advocate internally on behalf of the customer, balancing customer requirements, requests, and InterVision’s business objectives.
  • Independently create quotes and determine pricing discounts to deliver and present to the customer and meet company SLAs.
  • Recommend process improvements based on issues identified across customer interactions.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of InterVision’s product and services portfolio.
  • Investigate any operations issues within an account and propose solutions beneficial to both the client and InterVision.
  • Update various internal systems, databases, and processes, as necessary to ensure such systems reflect the latest information regarding the customer.
